• 1-1 Can you describe the history of environmental education in Taiwan? Is this the first time that Government tries to bring environmental education into school courses?

Did public support this policy at the time it was regulated? Was the Government blamed for this policy? What were the groups that opposed this policy?

• 2-1 Are courses framed under level of Government or each school? To what extent the Government supervises the implementation of courses?

• 2-3 How do you describe “climate change,” “sustainable development,” “renewable energy,” and “alternative energy development” in the plans/ courses? Is there any conflict on how to explain questions? From which views do you introduce these questions, local, area, or global view?

• 2-4 What benefits do you expect to bring to primary/ middle school students from eco-education course? Do you think that eco-education courses will influence the whole society widely? Do you think teaching can change those elders’ attitude, who are connected with educated youngsters and make elders’ conducts more eco-friendly? Do you have any accurate eco-statistics (such as statics of recycling, use of natural resources, or efficiency of energy) or explicit examples of eco-friendly conducts done by local or communities after they received eco-education?
